Who may submit listings Employers (practice or property owners) Employers may either search public listings for a dentist or other dental professional or use Submit Listings to submit a job availability, real estate for dental practice usage, or a dental practice opportunity to be publicly posted on the site. Job candidates (students, graduates or other dental practitioners or office personnel) Candidates may either search public listings for a job or use Submit Biosketches to submit a biosketch of your qualifications along with your contact information to be publicly posted on the site. Full resume information that you wish to share with a potential employer should be sent to that contact directly. PLEASE NOTE: This service is intended for the use of students and alumni of the College of Dentistry. Commercial agencies may post only one employer listing per month. The listing may contain a brief company profile, including contact information. Multiple listings will not be accepted. PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING Site moderation This site is moderated. The listings are previewed for approval and posting to the public. There is an approximately 24-36 hour turn around before listings are made public. Moderating and troubleshooting are done during regular office hours M-F in the Central USA time zone. To submit updates If a posting you’ve submitted requires correction or updating, send the corrected listing text verbatim to bcdalumni@tamhsc.edu. You must include the practice or company name, your contact information (email and phone), and we will re-post it for you within 24-36 business hours. The types of listings an employer may submit: As an employer, you will be able to enter information about your practice, jobs and associateships and view biosketches of candidates. If you are interested in selling a practice or leasing space, you may register and submit your information for public posting here as well. The types of listings a job candidate may submit: As a candidate, you will be able to enter your resume information (biosketch and qualifications) to be made publicly available on the site and access all the listings in the jobs database. How to post To submit a job or other listing as an employer: Go to: Submit Listings Fill in the form for each listing needed Submit the form. The submissions will be reviewed, and those accepted will be posted to the site within 24-36 business hours.
